Does anyone have any long term experience with the Magpul SS P365 mags? I’m tired of paying $40 for Sig factory marked checkmates that rust if you look at them. I’m skeptical because the Magpul Glock mags are all over the place quality wise in my experience but I have some of the Magpul 320 mags that run perfect in my GTO. The difference is my GTO is a range toy and my 365 is my carry gun. I need a mag I can rely on. I did buy a few 12 round and 15 round mags to try out but I want to hear other experiences. | No help here as far as long term experience. I bought one Magpul 17 round mag to try out. So far only about 125 rounds through it with no stoppages so far. About one magazine of 124grs, one magazine of 115 jhp, and the rest 115 range ammo fmj. I hope to get out again this week, and try to get at least a couple hundred more. Honestly I've been considering changing to something different because of the grip, it just hasen't fit quite right even though I could make it work. The 17 round mag changed that as long as they are reliable I won't be changing things up any time soon. It honestly improves the grip for me considerably, much more conmfortable and more easily controlled. If nothing else the price makes these magazines worth the price at $29.99 v $50.00 (approximately) for Sig magazines. Even if the Magpul magazines are only used as range magazines, the price makes them more attractive than the Sig Sauer magazines as long as I continue to use the platform. |

Should you not go Magpul and stick with OEM magazines, Proven has good prices. And there is also Sig Connect if the math works -- $80 for a year, $12 off 17-rds mag. $14 off 25-rds mags. Discounts on grip modules and more depending on what you are looking for...

I really like the Wilson Combat 365 modules. I have four 365s and use the WC modules for all of them. The WC module has a bit of a palm swell so it fills out your hand better, the magwell is flared on the X and macro version so you don’t need to use that terrible factory aluminum magwell. I also like the texturing goes all the way up the grip into the thumb pocket so you can really dig your thumb in there to get better control. Attached File |

Most of the time I buy from Greg Cote though. I don’t care so much about cost, I just want a mag that won’t rust after using it a few times. Right now all of my X-Macro mags are the made in Italy mec-gar mags and have held up well but since you can’t always count on getting those and sometimes get the garbage checkmate mags, I am looking for alternatives. I am hoping the Magpul mags perform well. |

I wish WC would make these for the RXM. I'd buy an RXM just to use it with these. |
