All new mags get fully loaded and sit for a bit and then I will just rotate them through range days to check function. It's not foolproof, but it's acceptable for me and economical as well. I had some 12-round P365 OEM mags I forgot to do this with, and all four I loaded had a weird sticking point after 4-5 rounds loaded. I think it was just some weird weld or finish spot that hung the spring up. I finally got them all loaded and have only fired through one and it fed just fine. Loading new mags up and letting them sit a bit is a good practice. ROCK6 |
