The leather works great most of the time but other times its not the best option. Still grabs and makes for long draws from the holster. Need something that holds the pistol securely yet pops right out on a quick draw. This is for a full size Walther PPQ in .45 and needs to be IWB. I have the plastic ones for OWB and they are great for range days but for IWB and carrying daily, needs something comfortable. |

| Is there anything that’s going to be as comfortable as leather? I haven’t seen anything. I wear all my IWB’s between my belt and jeans. Drawing isn’t an issue but it does usually take two hands, depending on the holster / gun to re holster the weapon. Belt, IWB, OWB, shoulder holster all leather always for me. |

The leather with the 1911 is smooth as silk and yet holds nicely. Can't get the same with the Walther. Even tried wrapping it with a baggie and stuffing it in the holster to try and loosen it up. Open to suggestions to loosen it up without over doing it. |

Something like Crossbreed, Comp-Tac, Alien Gear or Stealth Gear would be where I would start. |

The most comfortable holster ever made is now off the market. It was the stealth gear revolution. It was also cheap and you could assemble it yourself for extra savings. It was sort of like an alien gear, but didn’t have that satin feel. Those felt a little like wearing silk underwear. Revolution is soft and breathable. Very lightweight and sturdy enough. Wish I bought a few more. It outlasted my Crossbreed about 3x. Attached File |

Good leather is also impervious to the elements. Thats why we still have 100 year old holsters out there. They're plenty easy to clean. The difference in the thickness of good horsehide vs kydex is so small that its irrelevant. Plus leather won't have screws rust or loosen or the body of the holster Crack. Except for safariland there is no kydex holster better than good leather. |

Was eyeing the Tulsa holster but they don't seem to have it for the model I need. Do like its adjustable for the cant if one so desires. |

Not more than any other IWB holster. In my case a bit of belly that gets hit when drawing. I have that with every IWB holster I've tried.

The single clip give it the ability to be placed in a perfect position around 4:00 for concealment. The leather holster had 2 two loops and forced it to sit either 3:00 or 5:00 and at 3, it didn't conceal as well. Drawing is what I was hoping for and the leather backing made to comfortable the entire day working. |

Will admit that I do wish the tension could be adjusted as I feel it is a bit looser than I would want but overall still happy with it. Trying it with a slightly tighter shirt that I wouldn't normally used due to potential printing, but it still conceals nicely with this holster. |

| I have used On Your 6 Designs IWB holsters for over a decade. I have found simpler is better. They use precision molded kydex that my glock snaps into place solidly and a single sturdy belt clip. I tried their claw add on when I got one for my 43x but it made me sore after several hours. |
