I used to have a Colt Lightweight Commander. It had an aluminum frame with satin nickel plating and a stainless steel slide.

I'm thinking that I might like to replace it. It was stolen a few years ago.

Is there a Kimber like that? Colt Commander sized, aluminum frame with satin nickle plating and a stainless steel slide?

I still have holsters and magazines so being able to use them would be cool.

There might be something else closer to what you want.
This is the first one I found.

I'll second the pro CDP ll.  I've had one for a few months now and love it.  My wife likes I too, so yesterday I picked up a series one ultra elite, which is damn near identical just in officers size.

The Stainless Pro Carry II might fill the bill. https://www.kimberamerica.com/stainless-pro-carry-ii

Kimber "commanders" are 4" barrel guns rather than Colts 4 1/4". They are nice guns, but I recommend putting a Wilson Combat flat spring kit in it if you buy one.

Probably a Pro-carry HD II lightweight.  I have a stainless HD II and I have this 9mm lightweight:

I am going to try out the Wolf 20lb variable in my .45.  The stock spring works fine, but my reloads had to be upped a bit in power to run my can on my Glock 21, so I don't want to bash my 1911s.
