| Can you elaborate more? I purchased a full size and a compact a few months ago when PSA had them on sale. I’ve fired the full size without issues but have not taken the C model to the range. |

Went on SAR's website and ordered the compact slide, a threaded barrel, and the appropriate recoil rod/spring. The compact slide hangs up when racking. No magazine in weapon. Played around with it this PM. Might be tolerance stacking between the barrel and the slide. Unusual wear on the barrel and inside the slide. Oiled it up even more and worked the slide repeatedly. Might have found the issue. |

I finally got around to digging mine out and swapped slides etc between the two pistols. No issues that I can see as both seem to cycle the same without any indication of parts being poorly matched. That being said, both my standard and “compact” model have the SN on both the slide and frame. To me that indicates there is some degree of fitting the slides to the frames.  Really not much difference in size between the two. |

The difference between the two is SARUSA has K2C threaded barrels.....
