Here is my CQB Elite and CQB. The Elite has no FCS and a hardchrome frame. The CQB is just back from Wilson. I had them Armor Tuff the frame (was grey), flush cut the muzzle and recrown, install their new solid trigger and they custom made me a rear sight. It's a serrated plain rear, .140 notch and cut to allow one handed slide manipulation. They did a great job on both :rock: The tool in the picture is the Wilson Tactical COP tool. Very usefull little knife.

That said, the full size Limited Match has 2 extra cost upgrades, the hard chrome finish and the fiber optic front sight. It has 20 LPI checkering on both the front and rear grip straps. Flattened and serrated topstrap. Rear of slide serrated to match the Bomar sight. 40LPI checkering under the trigger guard. I got both a serrated tactical and big Ed Brown checker competition mag release. S&A magwell and french border slide are all standard Limited Match features. The commander length Pro Carry started out as a blue gun but had to go back for a broken ejector. Since it was there I had RRAs make it look more like the Limited Match. The sights on it are Heinie's. Plain black in the rear and a Trijicon front. It has 30 LPI checkering front and rear. I much prefer the 20 and would never, ever get 30 LPI again. The following items are extra cost items added to the Pro Carry. The magwell is a Heinie. The openning is almost as big as the S&A but adds no extra length to the grip frame. The slide was flat topped and serrated. The rear of the slide was serrated to match the Heinie sights. A french border was added to the slide to seperate the brushed and polished areas. I forgot (dumb ass me) to have them checker under the trigger guard. Oh yea, it was hard chromed. I'll post more pictures for you later. |
