I removed the plastic inserts that separates the magazines. What can I replace the inserts with so magazines won't rub together and stay supported?
I used the holders to carry 20 round AR15 magazines.

Sadly no. Just wondering if there is a source for the little plastic inserts or something that would work.

Cut holster kydex sheets to size then heat with a heat gun to shape and insert them.
