| Went to my local gun shop today, and picked up one of their last Hellcat Pro’s, with the “gear up” package included. $599 for the gun, (4) 17rd and (1) 15rd mags, a mag loader, range bag, and a Crimson Trace red dot. Not a bad deal! FYI- I’m not too crazy about the red dot… I’ve got a Holosun 507k, and a Holosun EPS Carry sitting in my gun safe, and they’re both begging me to install one of them on my new pistol. Y’all liking the new Pro? |

The Hellcat (non-Pro) is good to go in my experience. Easy enough to shoot well. The Hellcat Pro is probably just going to be a little easier to shoot and a little harder to carry. The problem that you may encounter (unless they've changed it in the meantime) is that I don't believe Holosuns will mount directly to the slide of the Hellcat due to having too many indexing lugs (RMSc footprint). I think some ARFCOMMER's have either modified the slide to work with the Holosun footprint or use a plate. I don't run a red dot on my Hellcat, so someone please correct me if my information is wrong or out of date. |

I'm running a Holosun HS507K with a C&H Precision plate on my Hellcat Pro. I torqued the mounting screws to 15 inch pounds and have not had any issues. I also lock down the brightness setting, and keep an eye out to make sure the screw to the battery tray stays tight. I also installed an Overwatch Precision FLAX trigger kit and an Apex Tactical extended slide lock lever. I chose the Overwatch trigger as it uses the stock springs. Good luck. |

I haven’t pulled the CT red dot off of mine yet, to confirm, but I do believe you’re correct, sir. My EPS Carry actually came with a thin adapter plate, that’ll accommodate the rear lugs. If I go with the 507k, I’ll have to get a plate. |

How are you liking your OP trigger? I’ve got two of the Tac triggers. One on my Shield Plus, and the other on my M&P Pro, full size. The ones I’ve got have been great! I’ve been thinking about going with another one on this new Hellcat, for the same reason as you. |

I've been very pleased. If I have a complaint, the face of the trigger, where the safety tab is located, has a sharp edge, which can irritate the pad of your trigger finger toward the end of an extended training session. Recommended. |
