Holster for a P30SK with optic and tall front sight?

I purchased Front Line holsters' open top for a P30sk that I had Langdon do the optic cut and the tall sights installed. I was only thinking about the optic fitting, but didn't take into consideration the tall front sight. With the much higher than normal sight, it wouldn't fit.

Can anyone recommend a holster that will work with my modified P30SK?

Update:

Front Line Holsters made a holster that would fit the tall front sight. If anyone wants a holster for their pistol with suppressor sights, I can recommend them. Just contact them first, and they will let you know how to order.
