Hello! This will be my first post. I just got my first pistol and have my concealed on the way. I decided to get an EPS carry to put on my new p365x macro. I've only shot it a couple of times and while I was cleaning my gun I noticed some kind of change in the glass or sealant at the top right of my sight. Wondering if this is just some sealant or gasket that looks funny or if I should just exchange it instead. Let me know what your own experience is and if this is normal or not! Thank you! I can confirm Holosun has a great warranty. I had an early 507C that was 7 years old (I think it was actually my very first handgun RDS), had been heavily used, swapped among multiple guns, banged around in my box of spares, and looked pretty beat up. Just before Christmas I had mounted it on my new M&P I was trying out and I noticed the circle dot reticle wasn't working. I could switch to just the single dot and it worked fine, but obviously something was wrong with it. A new battery didn't help. I contacted Holosun via their website and they sent me a prepaid shipping label to send it back. Just after Christmas, I got an email with a return tracking number and they send me a brand new 507C X2. So nice upgrade for me! Easy peasy and very quick turnaround. |
