I own several Daggers/uppers. What can I say, I love PSA’s sales. One of the uppers came with a threaded barrel which I have little use for. In shopping the internet I found the Herrington Arms single port comp for the Dagger and I thought I would give that a roll. Easy mounting, good performance.  There was a little more gap than was designed because the PSA barrel is a little proud. The gun still looks good and functions well. $90 with a searchable 10% discount.  |

 In playing around with this I have shot it more than usual. I decided I think a Glock style trigger might be better than the hinge trigger. I picked up a NDZ high polish trigger and dropped it in ($20). I also changed the lower to FDE from the previous pics. I color coded my green Glock-off lowers to caliber so green is 40 S&W (if you care). Rapid fire group at 15 yards. I think the hinge triggers may disappear ( I have another 4 or 5 Daggers). |

 Veterans day had me buying a HA Comp for a Ruger RXM for fun. These remain nicely made and easy to install. I used the PSA barrel from the earlier post and fit is great with no funny gap like the PSA. The design matches the RXM well and this will get a full size grip once those become available. To answer an earlier question, these do reduce recoil but the gun is very shootable in either configuration. Visually I like the comp with fins as it does not look out of place vs a block on a Glock comp. No range time yet as the lock tight is drying. |
