I’ve been revisiting my P2000 V3 I bought a few years ago and basically never shot. It’s been giving me really strong early 2000s vibes with the grip angle and rail. I upgraded the sights to ns Tru Dots, put in a Gray Guns SRS, and changed the mags to 15 rnd. I like it a lot, and it’s kinda like the Glock 19 killer of yesteryear. I’ve experienced no issues with it, but would like a LEM version to go along with my P2SK someday. Attached File

15 round magazines? Are they from another H&K platform or did H&K update the P2000?

You can use the vp9/p30sk 15 round mag, or I believe, the vp9k mag with the p2000 floor plate. I modified a few of my sk mags for this.

I have a P2000 and a P2000SK. Great pistols and I have enough ammo to last for decades. If I see a smoking deal on either in 9mm I will pick them up as well.

I need a few floor plates for this exact reason but the floor plates are pricey.

Just cut off the front nub of the VP9A1K floor plate. It will fit the P2000 then.

The LEM trigger sucked, and the base plates from the mags would displace when the mag hit concrete. I did not like my issued P2000, but I bout a used one with the decock button on the rear of the slide, much better trigger. These were .40’s no experience with the 9mm. I’m glade my we switched back to Glock 19s.

I love my 2000 and 2000sk. Probably gonna send my 2000 off to Langdon for milling and a trigger job.

I like the OD green. Hk’s color polymers always look interesting.

I'm a fan. Although I haven't shot them in a long time.

ETA: I've converted 2 of them to LEM with gray guns SRS and flat triggers. Game changer.

Underrated platform. They seemed to kinda get lost in the shuffle. I almost bought one a few times, but would eventually invest in the P30 series... in LEM!

I look at the P2000 similarly to the Sig Pro series (Sp2022, Sp2009, etc) Mid sized. Extremely under rated and almost like they are unknown to many gun people. Great guns and a great deal for what you get.

I sold my P2000V3-40 last year in an auction.  It only brought $370.

Brand new in box, night sights, and  7 mags.

I expected double the amount, and obviously regret it.

Ouch!!! I would assume a GB auction. That's rough. Probably before the interested parties realized it was being discontinued. I think these will become cult status within HK pistol history. Maybe not fetch $1000 but they'll be desirable.
