I know not everyone is a fan of the OEM performance triggers, but I am. Does anyone know if Glock is planning to make them for the Gen 6? Feel free to make suggestions for aftermarket triggers fro Gen 6. |

Amazingly I have not seen an internet post with negative comments about the GPT, Not a single one. My only bad experience with the GPT was with two G44 .22lr Glocks. It worked flawlessly in one and would not work in the other. (tolerance stacking??) That was very early on when before Glock did not have a specific GPT for the G44. Not Gen 6... but I have a number pistol with the GPT and I could not be happier with them! Google Johnny Glock and watch a few videos. He has a wealth of information related to Glock OEM and aftermarket (his) triggers. |
So... I find comfort in the fact that if Trump has to work so hard to go to Heaven, then there is a shit load of Democrats that have no f-cking chance to go anywhere but HELL. Sometimes it is entirely appropriate to kill a fly with a sledge-hammer.

One would think they have to be planning on making it. The GPT with the Vex shoe is my preferred trigger and I’m annoyed that Glock hasn’t released it for the Gen 6. While everyone waits, an OEM minus connector and 5lb Wolff striker spring will help the stock trigger suck less. I have a Vex shoe on my stock setup as well, but that is a fitment/preference part. |

I use the GPT in all of my Gen 5s. It works better for me than the Apex in the Gen 5. I prefer the Apex in the Gen 3s I own of course. Only downside to the GPT is you need to keep the mechanism lubed and cleaned. Of course, I clean my guns after every time I shoot. With the shorter trigger reach of the Gen 6 compared to the Gen 5, I look forward to a GPT for the Gen 6. |

Not going to say it didn’t/doesn’t happen, but I haven’t experienced it with either of the two I have in our G45.5s. I know I’ve gone over 500 rounds of frange, probably close to 750, without cleaning and not felt any difference. In reality, if you’re cleaning on a regular basis it shouldn’t be an issue. |

You have to push out the pin, lift it up, brush it, spray it off, and lube it...about every 800 rounds or so. It doesn't like sand or crud in it. Theres nothing wrong with that. It is just that most glock owners got used to doing virtually no cleaning. |

Blow it out with air and light oil on the connector. |

That is basically my experience. I have yet to experience a failure, but you need to keep any handgun clean after 500-1000 rounds IMHO. For the GPT, you have to add a few drops of lube. For me, it is a non-issue because I routinely clean my guns after shooting. |
