I bought my first Glock exactly a week ago. Carried it every day since. Finally converted over from the 1911 to the dark side, thanks to Paul Gomez. Had fun today at the range with my G27 converted to 9mm with a lone wolf ported barrel.
Here is the first mag at 15 yards. I circled the first shot, the rest made a nice big hole in it's nose and forehead. Glocks are fun! http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4003/dscf1355r.jpg |

I was stuck in the house taking care of some responsibilities on the home front which sooner or later led me to being bored out of mind.
Par for course that led me to eventually breaking out the soldering iron. Before:

Got around to swapping some parts on the new OD G19. Decided to try my hand at texturing while I was at it.
The side panels turned out just like I wanted. Was a little too aggressive on the frontstrap (where I started) so I filed it down a little to soften it. Tomorrow the rest get the same treatment. |

Police trade in 17, my first GLOCK
have a new slide release, couple more spare mags, holster, 200 rounds of JHP, OEm 3.5 connector, and plug on the way. Gotta replace the sights(really banged up), would like to get an extended mag release, and I think shave down the grooves if they continue to bother me during shooting. |

The Glock is ALMOST done.
Installed a Vickers mag release, factory extended slide lock and a Seattle Slug... 
The Vickers mag release is nice but honestly it doesn't make much of a difference IMO. The extended slide lock however will be a mandatory add-on for any Glock I own, it is a night and day difference. And finally the Seattle Slug. 
It is made of solid brass (not a fan of the color but what are you going to do?) and adds a bit of weight to help stabilize and balance the gun. It makes the Glock feel much more solid in the hand. It also acts as a low profile magwell. After just a bit of dry fire the Seattle Slug and slide lock have already sped up my reloads. |

I feel so sorry for some of these GLOCKs!!
Does anyone shoot or use their GLOCKs here? My G37 on a break during a longer range visit.

Different day, more rain. 
Most of these other pics are like looking at pictures of Tigers at the zoo.....meh. Then some are like looking at Ligers.... Anyone got some sweet pics while they are being used? Here is one of the vintage 1989 G17 with way too many rounds through it and my G37 an a break warmiingup to go get some woodchucks. 
Puttinn' my last few in a target before I go get some crop munching critters with the G37..

Just me, but range pics are boring too....... |
