| Bought some Fiocchi 9mm up north last year. Been shooting it and have so far had 3 dead primers out of 500 rds. M&P FS stock striker and spring. Never had a prob with gun before. |

Definitely try them in another gun and see if they pop. I say this because, after reloading for many years, and never having any dead primer issues, I started having some fail to fire issues when I got my M&P 2.0 full size 9mm. Occasional rounds that wouldn’t pop. Never had an issue with factory ammo, and never had an issue with my reloads firing in any other gun, even S&W Shields, just the M&P. I’m wondering if the firing pin protrusion is slightly shorter in the M&P? Not a slam on the gun, because I LOVE it, just curiosity. |
