| I've been using Riggs for quite a while, but they are not durable enough, tear holes in weird places. I lost two for holes torn right over the crotch, and while I appreciate air conditioning on the boys as much as the next guy, the PUBLIC apparently doesn't much care for the view. Who knew... |

I typically wear shorts 90+% of the time, but my go to are the Columbia lightweight cargo pants with the zip off legs. Been wearing the same ones for over a decade now, and they are just starting to wear out in the holster pocket, yet still fully functional I also have a couple sets of the propper cargo pants that look like a 5.11 knockoff that are holding up well. |

When I carried in pocket I wore Carhartt's. I found jeans' pockets to be too tight, and I also didn't like that style of pocket for drawing from. The slash style pockets like Carhartt's uses worked better for me. I used a Recluse Front Pocket Holster; worked fine for several years until I retired and no longer needed an "on & off" carry system. I worked in a "non-permissive"/University type environment and no one ever noticed the holster in my pocket, but then, once in my lab (which was secure) I no longer needed to carry my pistol.  ETA: Oh! Also I carried in Cabela's 7 Pocket Shorts. They worked really well, too. Unfortunately, they are no longer made. The original design has been replaced with a brand that uses smaller pockets. The new design 7 Pocket Shorts kind of suck. |

They sit a little lower than I am used to but seem to be good quality. Pocket carry isn't completely hidden, but with a good pocket holster, the outline is broken up enough to look mostly like a wallet. |
