I have a similar item, except that I cheaped out on the barrel and got a no-name one from AIM with a weird coating that started flaking off immediately. I'll replace it eventually, because it's ugly and stupid, but it works for now. I'll send off this slide for an optic cut soon. I call it my trailer park G45.
