| Had it in my cart all day, they finally sent out the MYFIVE $5 flat rate shipping code so I took it as a sign to scratch the hipower itch I've always had. I know they take forever to ship but for what I save I can still buy an extra mag or two and come out ahead. |

F them. I had to cancel an order within an hour as I found out through further research that the part that they had and described in a very limited way was not compatible with my older model of that gun. My bad but they were total sheisters about it. “No we can only do store credit” when they hadn’t even picked the order. Then it was “We have to charge you a restocking fee of 5% because you used our system and time”. This took a week and a half dealing with them and were about to get the credit card company back charge treatment. All this for an order that was cancelled before the first hour was up. |
The only hyphenated names I like are cartridge names......30-06, 30-40, 38-55 etc.

Yes, my first and only Dack order, i heard nothing for 4weeks, knowing they were slow. I then spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of someone just so they could confirm they had my order. Of course my CC was charged 5-6 weeks ago at that point in time. Finally a week later, so about week 7 I sent them an email threatening I would report them to the BBB, a girl responded pretty quickly and confirmed they would ship the following week and they did Not for me. I don't think they are trying to rip anyone off, they just aren't in any hurry and I really doubt they do enough volume that they buy in big lots and sell in small. I think it must be a hobby or something for them. |
