My neighbor has a very nice CZ 75 gifted to him, he's wanting to sell it. It has no model markings other than 4 digit serial number and CZ 75 Made in Czech Republic. Import mark A.A.L., Phila.,PA. What is this thing worth. I'm interested, but don't know much about the CZ75. Thanks. This is NOT a WTB or WTS. I'm just trying to get info for my neighbor and me from the hive. Thanks. |

the date of mfg is stamped in the oval behind ejection port. Czech republic also dates it to later make.Bright stainless is worth a bunch more than a black polycoat. Pics would be of help to anyone trying to help you, A local pawnshop in Brenham has a couple at 600- to 725, not any great deal. |

From the pictures it looks like a very late transitional model to me. Date on the slide is 1994. Supposedly CZ was making the B model starting in '93. Probably just 75B frame built with a leftover pre-B slide. Almost a 75B, maybe in every way except the markings. Check to see if it has the firing pin safety plunger under the slide, probably does. CZ often used left over parts to make hybrid guns when models changed or went out of production Forgotten Weapons did a video on Pre-B and transitional models.
