I've been thinking about one of these for a while, but I was leery about buying a Turkish pistol. I finally bought one. I only have 150 rounds through it so far (all were either 115 grain or 125 grain), but it functioned 100%. The largest grip is still on the small side, so I upgraded to the LOK palm swell grips in G10. A few notes so far: The steel frame isn't fun to shoot in cold weather. The optic slide recess goes all the way to the rear, so when mounting an optic you lose the rear sight and won't have any backup if your battery dies at an inopportune moment. The trigger is very good, especially considering the price point. The reset is short and very tactile and audible. I love how wide the trigger shoe is, but now my other pistols are disappointing when I shoot them. I wish all pistol triggers were like this one. The ports in the slide don't make much sense. They should have put them further forward, so that the owner could easily port the barrel at those locations. The LOK palm swell grips are highly recommended, for those with larger hands. Much better grip than OEM and they fit my hands perfectly. They were around $105. I'll try to update this after getting some rounds downrange in competition. |

| I have 2 Rival-S chrome with build dates of 12/24 and 1/25 The one with a 2025 build date is great. The one with a 2024 build date is constant failures to extract. I think it's a frame issue because both slides work on the 2025 frame and neither frame work with the 2024 frame. Great guns when they work. |
