Anyone shoot one? I’ve had one for years that I haven’t shot in probably 20 years. Think I paid less than $100 for it back in the day. I’ve tried dating the year of production, but what I’ve found online where a year code should be (close to the ejection port) I don’t have. Otherwise, who else shoots one? |

Not sure if it is different on the 50 but the date code on my 70 is on the left side of the pistol just below of the rear site. It is a two digit number, in my case 81. |

Shot the CZ 50 today for the first time in at least 30 years. I did replace the recoil spring, the old one was noticeably shorter than the new one from Wolff. This thing shoots sweet. The single action trigger was not bad and it was putting a nice group right at the point of aim at 7 yards. I was very pleased with it. Nice little backup gun for sure. |

Mec Gar makes mags as well. I have one of them and it works just fine. ETA: I stand corrected. Mine is not a Mecgar, according to Gunmagwarehouse where I bought it, it’s OEM. Regardless, it shoots just fine and was $24 brand new. No finger rest though. |

Finding spare mags sucked some years back. Glad they finally are getting back in some good ones. I even ebayed one but the fucking kunt didn't photograph the one side and the feed lip was borked. That was my last buy off there. The little thing shoots ok. Better than my Beretta tomcat and I even have the newest version. I ran different 32 ammo in mine. Somebody had already did a trigger job on it when I got it. I purchased a thou of that old s&b ammo that was just imported. Not a bit afraid to drop it in a pocket and carry it. |
