Local Wal-Mart, Granite Falls NC, .40 S&W 50pk. for $13.97. I got my 6 box limit.
I didn't need it now but they had 9mm 50pk. for $9.97. I didn't really need any 9 so I let my limit be the .40 although that is the lowest it has been in a while around here and the most I have seen in a while. They also had the 100pk. .223 for $39.97. The .223 is still about what it was a couple of months ago but the 9 and 40 are coming down. Oh yeah the ammo was Federal. Nick |

| Alright well, I went and tested out the Sportmanguide 1970s Pakistani ammo that is selling for $170 for a case of 1000 rounds of 9mm. I couldn't get past 5 rounds. The first three dented the primer but no bang. Then the final two, the trigger was pulled and then there was a delay before the round fired. Scary shit. I switched to WWB ammo, and it worked fine - so it is not my CZ-75s fault. Stay away from this ammo for your gun and your hands sake. I am going to contact Sportsmanguide tomorrow during business hours to attempt to get a refund. This is some dangerous ammo. |

The walmarts around the gulf coast area have had Federal 9mm luger ammo for 9.47 per 50 pack... Luckily tonight while doing my shopping I saw that my local walmart finally started carrying it. SO needless to say I only bought 4 boxes. Now I have around 400 rounds, with hopes of getting 1600 more rounds soon enough. Lol though my ideal stock amount would be 4600 more rounds...
Its good ammo, its not JHP, just FMJ, which is good for SHTF... |

I've had a hell of a time finding anything in stock for the last 2 years. I just called my surrounding Walmarts within 30-40 miles. I found one that had The Federal 50 rnd boxes. She said it was $13.47 and that the price went up on everything last week. I'm tired of going into my local Walmarts and seeing empty shelves and the price keeps going up. They keep raising the price on ammo they don't even have. ETA: I forgot. 2 of the stores told me they had some 50 round boxes from Switzerland. They couldn't even give me a name brand. $16.97. Thought that was weird. |

Check your debit or credit account to verify you received the discount offered under code GME0318. I received a confirmation e-mail from Gander Mountain showing the final price of my order. The price listed in the message reflected the "$15 off per $50" discount code value. I though the transaction was good-to-go until I checked my debit card account. The amount Gander Mountain was withdrawing from my account was the full retail price. Once I discovered this charge, I contacted Gander Mountain customer service (handled by Overtons.com) to see how I was charged more than the amount listed on their confirmation e-mail. The representative "Shawn" informed me that they were having problems with the GME0318 code, so they cancelled it. He requested that I send him the confirmation e-mail and I complied. Hopefully, Gander Mountain will honor their deal –– We will see. Quick answer –– No OMB, like other suppliers of the Winchester Ranger line, must follow Winchester's requirement of sales only to Law Enforcement and Military customers. This is not the fault of OMB, as they must abide by Winchester's requirement(s) or jeopardize their distributor relationship. On the positive side, I have found Winchester Ranger ammunition to be readily available at SGAmmo.com ( http://www.sgammo.com/index.php ). Their price structures, by 2010 standards, are reasonable. I have not had any negative experiences dealing with SGAmmo.com, but I recommend you ask the AR15.com community for input on if they are a "good to go" vendor. Jay |
