PSA sells their slides as complete upper assemblies or complete minus the barrel so unless you're wanting to install your own internals such as OEM Glock parts and you want a stripped slide, the PSA is the same price or less than anything else I've seen including the Aim Surplus slides (their blems are their best priced). The Aim is functional but much more squared off and blocky although you can get them with some funky cuts if that's your style and they offer it with a top port for using a ported barrel which PSA does not. The Micro slide looks more modern and, in my opinion anyways, much better. The PSA also comes with a metal optics cover plate while the Aim has a plastic one but more/most importantly, while a Holosun 407 does fit snugly in both, the PSA also fits snugly and has lugs while the Aim does not. For the front ports like the C-1, get the PSA. Other manufacturers are more expensive when I was looking at them used Glock 43/43X and especially MOS uppers are the same price or more than a new PSA upper. You can also catch the PSA upper combos with Holosun 407s on sale sometimes. |

Remsport makes nice slides that are styled like Gen5 with front slide serrations, rounded nose and a great finish. Nice prices. I've read in multiple places that they used to be an OEM for Kimber (not sure if frames or slides, or both).
