As a general rule strikers do not produce the same solid strike that a hammer fired gun will. East block ammo is known for harder primers. Also with ignition already less forceful compared to a hammer gun, if you have modified your Glock in any way, that could definitely cause light strikes. |

OP, if you put a lighter aftermarket striker spring in your pistol, just return to the OEM spring. Internals of my Glocks are all OEM (except the Apex trigger for my G48) and I shot boat loads of the Russian steel-cased 'Bear' ammo back in the day since was half the cost of brass-cased ammo made CONUS. |
