| Hey guys, I ordered a Beretta 96A1 through Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) a week ago. I picked it up at the Fort Leavenworth base exchange today. A quick look over at the PX didn’t reveal any issues, but when I got it home I realized the front of the pistol grip had some significant gouging, to the point that white aluminum was showing. I don’t know how I missed that in the PX. Anyway, I jumped on the Beretta website and downloaded a UPS return label. Will let you know how the customer service experience turns out :) |
