| I have a W. German P228 and I found someone selling a P228 slide (not sure what model or if it's W German or US made) that I was thinking of buying and and having a slide cut to mount a optic on. Any idea if they are all interchangeable? |

I don't think an early P series SIG with folded steel slide can be cut for an optic.
