| I bought the bronze glock 43X about six months ago, and the paint is already coming off to where you see streaks of the steal. I use a tier1 kydex holster so I wouldn't think the kydex would be abrasive to it, but here we are. Maybe they did an improper anodizing coating to it, and I am one of the unlucky ones? (I get it, it's a tool, but metal does rust.) or glock does crappy paint jobs. |

There were two tan colored 43Xs if I remember right. Mine is the K cut one that has a PVD finish. There was also a painted one that was MOS if I remember right. My PVD has been my carry gun for about a year. Sees a lot of holster and range time. No finish wear so far on mine. |
