I've had this slide for a project a couple years now. What is this red dot slide cut called? What adapter plate will work to mount a Vortex Viper to it? There seem to be 100 choices out there, and all of them seem to need file/drill press work to make them fit. I might as well start with 1/8" aluminum stock. The optic cut is 1.816" long in the center of the side, screws about 0.725" center to center, and about 0.765" from the rear cut in the slide.

Combat Armory slides were supposed to be RMR cut. The one I got was out of spec  If it's the older open emitter viper, that sort of a Docter footprint. There are a few adapters I've seen. This one is out of stock. https://www.rival-arms.com/rmr-to-vortex-doctor-optic-adapter-plate/ |
