My local gun store has a used 92XI tactical I have been looking at. I like most everything about it except for the flat trigger. I absolutely despise flat triggers. I loathe them, to the point I will not own anything with one unless it can be replaced. So my question, can a standard 92 curved trigger be installed? Are they the same? I know the 92XI is SAO, and I am not talking about swapping this over the DA/SA. I just want to know if the trigger blade, just the part your finger touches, can be swapped? |

Yep. Per above, it will look just like the trigger on the 92GTS, which is SA/DA with a frame-mounted decocker instead of a safety like on your 92XI Tactical. You can add this curved trigger, and your 92XI Tactical will still just be SAO. Understand however that the trigger will be positioned further back than the picture shown below whenever the hammer is cocked.
