As the title states, any recommendations? More settled on tritium ns as opposed to fiber optic, but maybe FO is better? Pretty much all my other SD pistols are XS 3 dot with the orange insert on the front. Ideas? |

Dawson black rear, fiber optic front. Glows bright in the day at the range, cheaper than tritium, you can buy enough fiber optic rod from amazon to last your natural life for about 12 bucks. At night, when the tritium sights are glowing, you can't see your target. That violates rule 4. Use a flashlight to illuminate your target, then your sights will appear black, but you'll be able to see the sight picture. 3 dot night sights are the worst, if you fire those in low light the muzzle flash will inhibit your ability to see or line up those dots again, and you still didn't properly identify your target before firing. Weapon light and RDS is really the correct answer. |
