| Hi gang, question? what is the right amount of shaming/cyber bullying for coworker that eats well done steak? and should I call out Bart at Brownells tech support or should I not call out Bart at Brownells tech support for this? |

I used to eat well done steak when I was younger, because that's what my parents ordered for me when I was a kid. I started eating steak medium to medium well when I was in my 30's. I wouldn't call anyone out. Teach, don't preach. |

| My brother started eating well done steaks. I accepted that to each his own, and I must be accepting that it is his life and his decision. Then, in a restaurant he ordered a VERY well done steak. I threw my drink in his face and stormed out. I haven’t seen or spoken to him in seven years. I believe I made the right call. |

I'm probably not the person to ask, but I loved steak tartare with a little raw egg growing up. To this day I won't eat a steak more done than MR. It would be against my religion; a mortal sin. |

Ditto, I only knew steak to be well done growing up, but most of what we ate also came from a box. Once I discovered real food as an adult, I began learning to cook with all fresh ingredients and ever since like my steaks somewhere between rare and medium, depending on the cut. But, if someone's stuck on shoe leather, it's their palate. |

| I have a friend from Oklahoma that grew up on a cattle ranch. He only eats his steaks well done. I once asked why, he said he had his reasons. He also covered them in A1 sauce. We never talked about it again. |
