Hi Folks, a few weeks ago wanting to privately respond via IM's to a couple of the repliers who posted on my then trending Team tread, I found I was unable despite many tries on my own as well as suggestions from the tech staff. I believe when nothing worked I was advised by tech my issue still unsolved would be forwarded to a higher level individual or staff member better knowledgeable and to ultimately solve my problem. I have seen or found no communication since. I have changed my password, re confirmed my log in credentials, reviewed and enabled all boxes and communication preferences on/in my profile and simply still get, Not deliverable , please verify the following: like 5 things and I've done them all. When I review the "sent" message which maybe does get sent, the message is garbled with different letters/symbols like: Did th*-??e3hh1^is w*##+k//? #^%Ne**/t? Basically like mixed computer code or some foreign language/symbols mixed in. Basically unreadable garbage. Can you folks or someone please try again to enable me to use IM's for private contact, as well if necessary now to create and respond to topics/posts? Please? Hopefully?
