Be careful with those.

I was messing with L-Arginine for a few months. My blood pressure tends to be on the low end normally, and it tanked it.

PMD pump fuel is my go to for Caffine free. Check ingredients. Also kind of pricey, but works for me.

Remy wont let me down like Mia did.

I really like surge workout fuel from biotest. I’ve been using it for a few years and absolutely feel a difference in my workouts and pump when I use it. Unfortunately it’s expensive and just recently suffered from shrinkflation. I’d like to try something cheaper but this stuff really works for me.

You can get powdered L-Arginine and L-Citrulline online.  From Amazon even.  Mix into your favorite non-caffeinated drink.  I do a teaspoon of L-Citrulline into a bottled water with a powdered Propel vitamin water every afternoon before I go home and work out.

I buy Citruille Malate and make my own stuff. I originally got into it because of borderline high blood pressure.  Figured out I just needed more exercise but still like taking the cit-mal most days that I workout.

I'd just mix l-arginine, l-citruline, l-ornithine with a water flavorer.

I take 2g of each (pill form) every day before dinner.

Vaso-dilator and it has been shown to stimulate muscle growth when ornithine and arginine are stacked.

If you don't want to DIY, just search "stimulant free pre-workout" or "stimulant free pump pre-workout"

Do you notice any effects from the beet powder? I don’t usually do pre-workouts because they’re full of garbage but I am interested in things that will help my workouts. Currently taking l-citrulline and creatine

"endurance" or "stamina" is such a subjective thing to try and measure, but I feel like my workouts are better since I switched from a more traditional pre-workout product to the Total Beets powder.  Originally I was just doing the Total Beets and creatine, and  I've since added the the 8g of l-citrulline.  Absolutely notice a difference in "pump" and endurance.  And back when I was just doing Total Beets and creatine, my average BP reading dropped a few points on top and bottom within the first 8 weeks or so of using it.

Thanks for the info. I picked up some Total Beets from the grocery store. I'm going to add it in to my creatine and l-citrulline routine for a few weeks and see if I notice anything.
