They pretty much said your "average player" isn't going to be able to get all of them. Also, they talked about how people were getting their shit stolen. Apparently it was a person that got passed an admin 2fa via a steam account or something, so it wasn't a easy exploit anyone could do. |

I got my 3rd ascendancy at about level 72ish. Took me 3 tries. First try I died on the two statue bosses (started fight with like 50% honor). 3rd try I did some dumb things and random rare boss blasted all my honor away. 3rd time the stars aligned and I got +40% run speed and +50% damage boons. Only had like 3 negative effects total. Blasted through everything with little risk. Having good relics is a must IMO. I'm up to clearing T8+ maps for the quest, but have cleared T10's with no issue other than the random off screen blast or blind on death effect. Almost level 80. Got my first Divine to drop last night. I'm unsure on the difficulty of the 4th ascendancy yet, and their stance on making it difficult to attain I'm ok with right now. But if I don't get it it will not break my build, as it is a minor increase. If my build depended on it I might feel differently. I'm sure after some balance passes some of these things will get easier. They stated they want top end fights to last 60+ sec. So the one phase DPS builds will be mitigated a bit more, and allow some better test data to see how to balance the bosses better for everyone. |

Ice Strike Monk/invoker. I used Raxx's build for it. Works well so far. 1 HP, maxed out energy shield. flask heals shield. Grim Feast allows 2x max ES. So if I do things right, after a few packs I'm sitting just over 5K ES in my current gear. I do need upgrades though. https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/a91mv801 Right now I'm hurting on resists, so sometimes I'll get blasted not paying attention if I run into a rare/boss. But damage is crazy good. Its stupid simple also. I have 3 buttons. Ice strike / bell / charged staff. Everything else is a buff using spirit. |

Combat Frenzy buff combined with Resonance in the passive tree. Combat frenzy = Every time you freeze or electrocute a target you get 1 Frenzy Charge (at a level 14 skill I think its like every 2 seconds this can occur) Resonance = Frenzy Charges are converted into Power Charges So swing ice strike, get charges, activate charged staff, win. Also, something that Ice Strike has over Tempest Flurry, is the attacks can zip you across the screen a short distance. Makes bouncing from pack to pack really quick, and helps avoid a lot of damage. The only time you will struggle for charges is if you go into a boss with out any charges or with out charged staff active. In that situation it takes a bit longer to build up the freeze effect, but dropping the bell speeds that along. Once you get one charge, activate it and then they just build up quickly after that and you should have charges the rest of the short fight, barring any odd timings on phase transitions. ETA: warning on that build I linked above. The default skill tree displayed is for pinnacle bosses, be sure to toggle it to mapping for your review. The only major difference is a shift to using meditate in the a ascendancy tree, and understanding how to game that mechanic. For mapping / 99% of the content you will not use it. |
| That is gear dependent based on what you get equipped. Just adjust the nodes for what you need. It's fairly cheap to shift a node from one stat to another. The main thing will be the increase stat requirements as you upgrade buffs/skills. INT/DEX is your main. You will need some STR, but not a lot. I think I'm at like 50 STR / 170 DEX / 190 INT. And all my skills are at levels 14 to 16 right now. |

I looked this up this morning and switched over to it. trying to get my head around the 2 weapon sets. cant quite do the chaos innoculation yet. my es is only 1600 |

That would be 3200 with grim feast. You only need the 2nd weapon set and meditate for pinnacle bossing really as Grim Feast will not work well as there are no corpses to trigger the effect. I still do not have any points in the different weapon sets yet, but I'm close to starting that. Chaos Inoculation was pretty big though. I didn't realize how much incoming damage was chaos, but it was a big change. Can just eat some AE and certain mobs attacks and not have to worry about dodge/positioning. You need to couple Chaos Inoculation and Eternal Youth to being on your tree at the same time, else your heal flask will do nothing for you. Learned that one pretty quickly lol. |

just blew my whole wad of divines on a staff 300-590 physical damage 700ish dps 6 divines in 88 levels 1 spent on neck and 5 just now on the stick started working on the bosses. found the copper citadel and got 1 shotted by the boss jamanra looks like the citadels are kinda rare. also made it to the taskmaster and got him down 1/3 health and got 1 shotted trying to finish 4th ascendency |

| I think I'm level 83, doing tier 12 quest. Gave trial of the Sekhemas a shot for my 4th assendancy last night. ez mode to get to the last boss. I should have saved and toggled over to the bossing build to fight him. His HP pool is on a whole other level. I still got him down to about 60% before I did the dumb and lost all my honor. Mechanics are not too bad though. I'll likely clear it next attempt now that I know what I'm facing. Will just save and exit the trial then respec into the pinnacle bossing build. Should make it a much shorter fight. |

I tried the 4th sekhemas and couldn't get past the first 2 rooms. been trying the 4th chaos run all day. beat it and got to the trial master and ran out of heals and died got through the first round again then failed 10 more tries. I corrupted my stick this morning and it now does 390-600 damage with 3rd rune for 20% physical damage some of those damn penalties suck ass and mean instant fail |

started farming tier 11 maps two days ago hoping for lv 75 ultimatums to get the trial master. not sure I can beat him for 4th ascendency ETA found some bad info today read 3 charm slot belts only drop in level 82 maps. not true got one this morning on a tier 11 level 76 map. stats sucked ass but it was level 76 map |

any of you guys playing a monk need a weapon? just dropped 187-314 physical 4-131 lightning 144% ubcreased phys leech 6.47 phys to life 10 mana per kill 20% and put 2 20% phys runes in it requires lv 67 , 153 dex and 53 int ETA I have other staffs that I bought or dropped. got lucky on the corrupt for my current staff that I paid 5 divines for. got the 3rd socket |
| I'm looking in the 600+(calculated) physical DPS range currently. Trying to snipe a deal when I see one on trade. I'm sitting on 1 divine and about 90 exalted. I'm in no hurry to upgrade though, as my damage in the T13's I'm clearing is still good. One shot trash, random rares die in one bell life span. Map bosses about the same, maybe two bells depending. So I'll just keep watching trade and snag a good deal when one pops. I will need better when I start to take on citadels which wont be too much longer. Maybe after this weekend, I'm not rushing through things. |

Maxed out the mapping atlas tree, got a few points into the bossing tree. Picked up a new staff for 2 Div. Think its like 720ish calculated DPS. +3 melee skill level so my ice strike went from about 29K to 52K. Big upgrade over the old staff. So I'm at just over 3K ES (6K+ when 2x with grim feast) resist lightning/fire at 75%, with ice at 66% Magic find at 130ish%, run speed at 30% So next is to upgrade my ES a bunch more, and maybe fix my mana issues. With out breaking my stats/resists......gonna be tricky. With the +3 melee skills, ice strike drains mana fast, so I'm having to hit the flask more often than I would like. Still need to pick up a focus w/ +50% ES recharge rate for 2nd weapon set for when I spec meditate for some bosses. Will also work on picking up 4th ascendancy which is likely my next target. Have found 2 of the 3 citadels, but have not attempted them yet. |

big update coming in about a month. 2 of the 4 missing classes to be added also bringing races in with rewards for only the first of each class to collect for beating act 3. races are a waste for me. I'm not a streamer that plays 18 hours a day pretty much zero chance of winning the unique helmet reward haven't even loaded the game since last patch causing ps5 to constantly crash saw a post saying they are aware and working on a fix |

Started a Huntress as well. Still not sure what build I want to use. Will probably go lightning once I get the stuff needed. Right now doing a rake/explosive spear build. Just got into Act2. The final boss of Act1 was kicking my ass bad. Took about 10 tries to down him. Seems I had a little bit of a skill issue and a huge DPS issue. Re-spec'd my build and one shot the boss after that, despite my skill issues. |

I'm using lightning Amazon. just made 35 and act 3. using a build by Pohx https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCBL56-4yXA you have to watch to get the tree and skill links. he didn't post like others on mobalytic trouble I'm having now is getting gear upgrades. I need more int and dex to upgrade skills I spent all 60k gold I had trying to gamble upgrades to face the act 2 boss. took 6 or 7 tries to beat him if you watch the video I'm at the stage where I chain storm lance then thunderous leap once I get gem upgrades I'm going to work toward storm lance with snipers mark and crits |
