I just took delivery of a new zombie weapon, the Bud K “Grey Bayonet”. It’s got a 10 1/2” cruciform blade with a very pointy tip and AR mount. While it has no sharp edges to speak of, I maintain that slashing attacks against zombies are pointless (heh) unless your weapon is large enough to decapitate or cut through the skull. The point is the superior attack against the undead and this thing is nothing BUT point.
Blade material is described as “stainless” which is good because who wants zombie goo stains on their bayonet? Heat treat? What do you think? It does appear to be machined from stock and not just cast and it springs back true after a slight flex. All in all I’d say it’s equal to the actual threat of animate undead. Thought some of you might get a kick out of it. It’s on the Bud K website, since I never learned to hotlink. |

Probably. Blade is similar shape to the Mosin but 4-sided instead of 3. This one has a handle like current U.S. bayonets, rather than just the attachment point.
It brings us back though to the age-old point vs edge debate. |
