OH YEAH!!!!! Rubio: Vast Territories of Mexico Controlled by Terrorist Cartels Vast territories in Mexico are not controlled by the state, but by terrorist cartels, said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, adding that Mexico’s efforts to stop them are not nearly enough. In his statements, Rubio implied that the threat posed by terrorist cartels will be dealt with, with or without Mexico’s help. “The Mexicans have done more than ever before to go after these groups, but it is still not nearly enough,” Rubio said during a visit to Ecuador, where he met with the country’s leadership in an effort to strengthen that country’s efforts in fighting organized crime. “They know that. We have expressed that to them.”
Rubio said that despite the newfound cooperation with Mexico’s government, there are vast territories under the control of the cartels. “The people of Mexico will tell you that,” the secretary said. “The number one issue in Mexico, poll after poll shows, is security. Political candidates are routinely assassinated in Mexico, judges routinely assassinated, journalists who report on the cartels routinely assassinated by these groups.” Various countries in Central and South America have opened the door to full U.S. support in eradicating cartels. This support includes military assets working with local forces in targeting and taking out terrorist cartels. This, however, has not happened in Mexico, where President Claudia Sheinbaum has tried to hide under the banner of national sovereignty in an attempt to keep U.S. troops out of Mexico. “Our hope, our intent is to do it in partnership with Mexico,” Rubio said. “That’s the ideal, but eventually that threat will have to be confronted one way or the other.” Sheinbaum has allowed information to be shared between both countries while Mexican troops and police forces carry out the raids. This approach has earned her much criticism internationally, especially when several members of her political party have been implicated in cartel-connected activities. As Breitbart Texas reported, the current governor of Sinaloa, Ruben Rocha Moya, is wanted by the U.S. Department of Justice on drug trafficking conspiracy and weapons charges for his alleged work with the Sinaloa Cartel. Publicly, Sheinbaum has defended Rocha Moya, claiming that the U.S. has not provided evidence of wrongdoing on Rocha Moya’s part. ROADTRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Can you imagine what it would take for you to truly remove any existence of the cartels (more than one). And what would take it's place afterwards? Tire 1 death squads with complete authority. No moral, ethical or legal restraints. And would they be able to stop themselves if and when they were successful. How much collateral damage? Would the populace support it? How many benefit from the current situation? You couldn't leave them any sanctuary to regroup or rearm. There is no rehabilitating them. That leaves one option! |

In a world where $$$ is the only thing that matters. You’d have to cut off their funding first. Which would mean one of 2 things. Either legalize narcotics and provide a safe, legal infrastructure for Americans, Canadians and Europeans to get high. Or murder every single drug user in the world on the spot, Judge Dredd style. I can guess which option that GD prefers. |

Oh wait, that’s happening anyway. Been awhile since I heard anyone talking about the NAU as either a conspiracy theory, an inevitability or something to be mocked. I suppose all the tariffs have thrown a pretty big spanner in those gears. |

government by the narcos for the narcos. and dont you forget it! Mexican Senator Threatens Journalist Who Exposed Cartel-Connected Colleague
A federal senator from Mexico’s ruling party MORENA has come under political fire after directly threatening a journalist who exposed the cartel connections and an investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice into a fellow senator from the same party. The outed senator is currently running for governor of the border state of Baja California. The controversy began this week, when news anchor Enrique Acevedo from the TV network NMas+ aired a special report showing that Mexican Senator Julieta Ramirez had signed a proffer agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice as part of an investigation into cartel-connected politicians. Ramirez had previously been singled out as one of the numerous politicians from the MORENA party who had their visas revoked by the U.S. Department of State over alleged cartel connections. The political conflict escalated when MORENA Senator Luis Fernando Salazar took to social media to defend his colleague and threaten Acevedo. In the now-deleted tweet, Salazar implied that Acevedo had been bribed or received a “chayote” and added “vamos a ir tras de ti” (We are coming for you). X.com Screenshot (Now Deleted) Acevedo used his news outlet to call out the threat and state that threats from politicians are concerning in a country like Mexico where journalists are routinely targeted, attacked, and killed “for doing their job.” |

Eliminate the money, that will end the cartels. Also a lot of our criminal justice industry too. Courts, Probation, cops, jails would be unnecessary and less needed as most crime is caused by drug addicts and alcoholics. Government provided drugs on island for drug users and drunks to OD and die would be just fine with me. |

Very good friend of mine who was much older than me said 30 years ago or so: "We should set a 55 gallon drum of the shit on every street corner. Those stupid enough to use it will stand right there and die. We would end the problem and not have to hunt the bodies." I thought that was radical hyperbole at the time. But older I get, more I realize that very well could be the answer. |

In true Arfcom tradition, "Get Both". Cartels are killing us individually and Iran is working toward killing us all at once. |

I just watched a narco video, that was the worst I have ever seen. Worse than the chain saw beheadings. Worse than the rusty knife decapitations. Was a dude who they flayed his face off. Cut his hands off. Even though he tried in vein to grab them. Scooped his eyeballs out. And they were trying to decapitate him, with a dull knife. Every now and then they would jab the knife into his mouth, and the dude would bite down on the blade, with his very last ounce of strength. That right there was Bravery! Fuck Mexico! |

We have a seemingly insatiable demand in this country and the money to satisfy it. Someone will always provide the product. Even the Saudis have a drug problem. |

I would much rather see us kick the shit out of Mexico than what ever it is we have going on in the Middle East. We should just bring all our troops from around the world home, build forts along all borders, stop all the bull shit aid we give to all these able bodied countries and take care of our home land. Americas first! |
