I just recently started watching his videos and damn if they are just simple and easy to follow. Very easy to follow and you will pick up some great cooking techniques besides the recipes. Check out Chef Jean-Pierre, he has hundreds of videos on his channel. Unfortunately (but good for him) he has finally stepped away from YouTube for the last 11 months to live a little of the retirement life.
