I'm looking at single swing gate openers. So many brands and reviews are all over the place. It's for a 16 foot farm gate (tube steel). Online I've looked at Lift Master, Mighty Mule and Estate Swing. Is there an Arfcom preferred gate opener or is this just something that breaks every 3 years regardless? |

| I have a US Automatics up at the road and a cheap mighty mule at my gate. I have had a lot of battery and charger issues with the US Automatics. The mule has been trouble free except for when something at the wire to the control arm. |

Elite. Don't buy a shitty cheap operator if you have a commercial level of usage. I have a Liftmaster. I am on number two because lightning struck a powerline and a microburst hit the gate with no power to the mag lock. Bent the operator in half and did the same for my flagpole. Took out most trees in the neighborhood.
