Great soundtrack, great movie! I went down to visit the location it was filmed at! Chimney Rock was fantastic! They even hade D.Day Lewis outfit on display! The falls were spectacular! |

In fact, she was pissed when I watched the movie with our daughter for the first time while she was away for work. Daughter and I bought a tomahawk online 2/3 of the way through the movie

I think they did the shot of DDL holding two of Magua’s guys at bay with (presumably?) empty rifles to illustrate just how far they were willing to go to get to Chingachkook (sp?). Fuck it, kill as many as we can, but as we close on Magua and realize our son/brother is dead we just need to get vengeance. My .02, welcome other options |
