That's a blast from the past. Short version- didn't believe him 30 years ago, still don't. Here is the most ridiculous part of the whole story. Let's imagine that he was genetically modified in the womb, grows up and joins the Air Force, but they don't bother to recruit him for the alien program right away, they let him play cop for a few years. Then they train him up to communicate with aliens, he does it for a while and gets bored so he decides he is going to get out of the Air Force by saying he is Bi and getting out via "Don't ask, Don't tell." Why didn't the NSA say, "OK, get out of the Air Force and we will give you a raise to work for us as a civilian." Instead they just let him walk away from a super secret program that he had been genetically modified for, that's absurd. On top of it all, they had no problem with him writing a book, but getting invited on a talk show got him an angry phone call. |

The weird thing is, as strange as his story was… it was told extremely matter of factly. My BS detector makes me wary with claims like this, but his delivery was disarming and his indifference to the attention was unusual. |
