What is the actual USC law making illegal immigration illegal? I am asking because I keep running into people who are saying all the "undocumented migrants" have a right to be here, and would like to be able to immediately quote a federal law that clearly states it is illegal for individuals to enter the US without a visa, green card, or some other immigration process. Any have any info? Google didn't give a definitive answer. |
