Morphic Resonance  was mentioned in one of the Why Files episodes.

I think there's something to it, kind of a "collective unconscious" but for other animals to insects and even organic chemistry.

Sheldrake Papers (originator of theory)

I don't like how he tries to explain everything the way Pyramid researchers try to fit every single archeological site of any age into their theories.    If they just stick to what they have solid base to reason from, it goes well.    When they're at the point of making theories out of theories due to a proposed idea 20 years ago with none of it supported or even 'feeling right, it's time to reign in the scope of the theory to what is definitely peculiar, such as the birds trying to poke through non-aluminum caps and later on, poking through the aluminum foil caps when they came back after WW II as well as the dogs knowing when their master will be home even if it's an odd time (my personal favorite psychology / strange experiment )

I'm convinced that Jung was on to something with the idea of collective unconscious. From crystal formations, to the rat mazes, the telephone, calculus, 4 minute miles, agriculture, on and on. It's almost like the upload takes longer than the download (stole that from Jesse). And then somehow it's easier.

I refer to it as quantum critters. Somehow a lot of animals communicate in ways unknown to humans. No idea how. Maybe we are too evolved and lost the ability.

I wholeheartedly agree as well.

Then I get stuck on the next part.   Is it there because we all have another form of connection with those we know beyond our typical senses, or is it because we're all in a simulation and have a block of processor/memory allocated to us and our pets, who have ties with their loved ones, etc.   That whole "Simulation" doesn't mean a digital computer is simulating us, it could be we are all part of a biology entity, like "We are all part of the whole".

I really do not understand how people can completely write off the possibility of a collective unconsciousness, must be some cold hearted miserable haters out there or something, there's too many "Coincidences" we bump int at least monthly and sometimes weekly with people we know or heard of around us.  It's just a strange thing and people keep writing it off as coincidence, but when the coincidence folder is so thick it doesn't fit back in the filing cabinet, maybe they're not looking at it right and instead of filing the info away for later, they completely discard what they see and do in their daily lives, especially the coincidences.

So you end up back in the same boat, the odds that we are not in a simulated/sandboxed reality is around 8 billion to 1 against, so Elon Musk is pretty certain we are in a simulation (That was his off the cuff answer, changes in different statements but he's convinced we in some sort of controlled environment., and that would allow / explain many of the peculiarities and "Glitches in the Matrix" we've seen.

Indeed. And you get visited by it when you’re open to it and the time is right. Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic, and the Telepathy Tapes touch on this very well.

Side note to bring this full circle and nearly in to synchronicity territory: I saw the band Muse last Monday, (incredible live act) and they were using UAP imagery as part of their stage show.

Having been born and raised on a farm was an amazing experience that in retrospect was not appreciated until much later in life. My abilities with animals as a child was that I could make friends with most of them. I had a pet Angus bull that was my buddy, all 1800 pounds of him, and he would gallop over to see me and get his cherished scratching. His favorite 'itchy' spot was behind his ears and I had to use all my strength to dig in there, and he would moan with pleasure until I ran out of strength, then he would follow me around hoping for another session. Another pet I had was a Banty rooster that rode around on my shoulder or handlebars of my beat to shit tricycle. I had my friends then, cats, dogs, roosters, bulls, and cows. Not every animals were friendly, a few were assholes just like with humans, but all creatures have spirits. This I believe, and morphic resonance is just another description of it. My brother who was two years older had the same abilities but I think most of us humans loose a lot as we age.

I think that covers it precisely.  Musicians, painters, and writers were much more open about talking of "The Muse", while the left brain sided people didn't speak of it openly until recently and they call it "The Download" from some Intelligence very far ahead of our technology.   I called it "The Source" before realizing in this forum that it happened to a lot of other people, but I could command it and I don't know what I've downloaded, feeling like Johnny Mnemonic, brain is full but I have no clue what's in it.

The more scientific types needed to prove the existence to trust it while other trusted it and made giant strides in their field of study.  The restricted double blind testing showed Remote Viewing is statistically significant, as well as telepathy slightly for untrained and higher for trained, like "hey bill, call me " thought sent out and bill thinks he hasn't talked to you for a while and gives you a call that same day if not within an hour.

And the one that blows me away as much as the "time travel" Delayed Decision Double Slit Experiment", the one where dogs know when their master is coming home.   This guy uses that study as part of the foundation of "Morphic Resonance".    I feel it is there, but people have been using different names for it and not realizing we're all talking about the same thing, from Deja Vu to Remote Viewing.

The question now is, did they put up the UAP for fun thinking it's a nice strange current culture item to be more approachable, or did it pop into their heads one day that they should put up the imagery?    Or maybe somebody suggested to them that they should to get the whole soft disclosure ball rolling.

It's really hard to grab a theory when there are so many possibilities.

I think I only heard one of their songs I liked, one of the popular ones, but I haven't given them a solid listen.  What's their best stuff, what other bands are they similar to?

--ETA:   Seems like a band I should download if the themes from wiki are accurate:

Most earlier Muse songs lyrically dealt with introspective themes, including relationships, social alienation, and difficulties they had encountered while trying to establish themselves in their hometown. However, with the band's progress, their song concepts have become more ambitious, addressing issues such as the fear of the evolution of technology in their Origin of Symmetry (2001) album. They deal mainly with the apocalypse in Absolution (2003) and with catastrophic war in Black Holes and Revelations (2006). The Resistance (2009) focused on themes of government oppression, uprising, love, and panspermia. The album was inspired by Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell. Their sixth studio album, The 2nd Law (2012), relates to economics, thermodynamics, and apocalyptic themes. Their 2015 album, Drones, is a concept album that uses autonomous killing drones as a metaphor for brainwashing and loss of empathy.[citation needed] The Guardian wrote that Muse incorporate "calls for revolution just vague enough that both the left and right could rally behind them"

Drones and the next album “Simulation Theory” are where I’d suggest people start. Then you can delve into their earlier college-y stuff. They’re part modern poppy prog-rock, part next coming of Queen.

They’re a blend of sci-fi concepts, zeitgeist and just good rock and roll. They do have a liberal bent but they kind of made up for that with how angry their “Will of the People” album was during/just post Covid. Give Knights of Cydonia a listen too. It takes a couple minutes to build but it’s fantastic when Bellamy cuts loose with the riff.

As for the UAP imagery (specifically the tic-tac camera footage, I’ll see if I have a pic from the concert), this is right up their alley. Of any band out there right now they’re the only ones who could pull that kind of thing off convincingly. Their latest album is called “The Wow! Signal”. There are a lot of people who like the music who are going to get fed a lot of what we talk about here.

I'm about the same. Grew up around dogs so they are a given but I've had so many encounters with birds. Have a picture of when I was 10 at my grandma's a pigeon landed on my head and stayed there for an hour no matter what I did. I used to work demolition and I've had birds land on me in my cab in an excavator and on me while cutting steel with a 5ft torch. I carried around a hummingbird for about 20 minutes a few years ago which flew off when I got close to other people. I've pet an owl. Like you said it's not all of them and I can't call them to me but I don't know anyone else who has had 8 birds land on them in a span of a few decades, much less when actively doing something

In Jung's "Man and his Symbols" he advanced the notion of a Collective Unconsciousness: the dream world.  Everybody dreams at night and Jung identified reoccurring symbols that exist in dreams across all cultures.  It is something that unites all of humanity.  Dogs and Cats exhibit what looks like Rapid Eye Movement (REM) which is associated with dreaming so many if not most animals are also connected to the dream world.  We cannot interview animals so we cannot say animals also experience the symbols Jung described but it is possible human's appear in the dreams of animals which might explain the bond people have with domesticated animals and vice versa.  Dr. Frank Brown, one of the leading experts in biorhythms, in the 1960 showed potatoes had biological cycles that slowed in the early morning just like humans and non-nocturnal animals.  There are many connections between all living creatures that is presently beyond our comprehension.

I have a couple from him in paper book form.  The biorythms were good science but then they tried to add in planetary positions and which constellation could be seen over the pyramid and stuff like that into astrology which I personally thing was taking it too far.  I'll be appy to be wwwrong, but it'adjust like the other people discovering one new item then jumping to the conslusion that his new thing solves every problem in many different fields of science.  If they would jjust stick to one and only spread out as they can experiment with double blind tests to show theory has statsitcially significant merit, then talk about it more.

The collective unconscious and dreams and shared dream "topics" is a valid and real thing, but the people need to know each other for some and others are almost like predicting an event, sort of how all the random number generators drifted a half hour before the9/11 attacks and they stayed drifted for days.  That's usually impossible, they were taking the datasets of odd seconds and even seconds as the two groups since there's nothing else to control to.   If all of a dozen cesium fountain random number generators placed all around the world suddenly stop going 50/50 for statistical randomness, then once it hits 2 sigma it isn't random, and they stayed not random.  People weren't thinking about it or focusing on them, they just wanted to see if "Global Consciousness" was a real thing and assumed that if it was real and could change things, random numbers could be non-random and they proved that to be true.  Then they stopped because they had failures on several of the generators (not sure if sabotage, quite or whatever), but "catastrophic hardware failure" since 2023 they are no longer tracking it.  They have plenty of historical statistical sets and major events in the world to see if it was linked to show that random number generators change before earthquakes, w3hen some  new team wins as game and things like that.  I think they realized there was some field that was doing this and getting people to unconsciously cooperate, but when the drifts happen, they didn't know exactly what/why, so they didn't need more data.  It was just "something is going to happen".

I was a believe in collective unconscious before that, if I'm near a person for several minutes, even without talking to them, I end up with a bit of the mood they were in being part of my mood and it took me dozens of years to figure out that some of the emotions I was feeling weren't mine.    The shrinks really loved that.   Slightly telepathy but unless in a restricted area with another person, it's fine.  In crowds, it s total overload so I like small groups to the point of singular.

I truly believe all beings are interconnected on a boilogical level, that there are energys that we exude, share, and connect with.  Its the "sixth sense", the hair on the back of your neck, its many things that people feel or just know.   When I was a child I would dream of things that happen, just the dream was completely disjointed, a scrap of a moment in time.  It could be weeks later, or months, and all of a sudden that scrap of memory would fall into place with something that happened, and it clicked.  It was unnerving.  That has gone away with age.

People that have the ablity to make friends easily, that are easy to follow as leaders, that have better relationships with people, with animals, with nature in general, I think have more of the aura than others.  Some also have negative energy.

The tree of souls in the movie Avatar I do not think is so far off.  I dont think there is a tree, but that aura of interconnectivity is there.  Invisible to some, more visible and tangible to others.

I know damned well my dogs are telepathic with each other.  Nothing else can explain how they will sometimes react together meer seconds apart when there is no reason for one that is sleeping to suddenly wake up when the other does across the room and there isn't any sound involved I'm certain.  And yeah I know dogs hear much much better than we do.

I never watched Avatar, they still want money of it.  I only watch them once they're a decade old and free on YouTube or Amazon prime, they cycle through which movies are free each month so it's a cool way to save money when you're not really a big movie guy to start with.

Te interconnected is scientific fact.  There's a 5% chance you are accurate when you feel somebody is looking at you.   Again, low percentage, but it should be 0%.  Same as UAP researchers saying that they wrote off 98% and so it was all fake junk, and they don't mention what that 2% is, it should be 0% based on how they explain it away with handwavium.  those 1 %to 5% "inconsistencies" are where the information is really at.

I firmly believe there is a bond with information transfer between pets and their owners.  Well, maybe not cats, but real pets and their owners.

Along the divine and angelic lines...

She is specifically noted for supporting artists and helping to clear mental chaos to make room for insight

Cherubim: In some theological perspectives, Cherubim share a unique knowledge of God and assist others in gaining insight into divine wisdom

Gabriel: While primarily a messenger, archangels like Gabriel are viewed as leaders and agents of the divine will who deliver crucial revelations

The "Divine Spark": In some contexts, this refers to the image of God or a moral awareness placed within humans by a Creator

In more mystical or Gnostic traditions, it is seen as an internal fragment of deity, though traditional biblical views distinguish the Creator from the created

Divine Inspiration: Many cultures view the "spark" of an idea as a form of divine guidance or intervention where God or spiritual beings offer direction and insight

Illumination: In Catholic theology (referencing St. Thomas Aquinas and Dionysius), the process of receiving understanding from higher celestial beings or God himself is described as "illumination".

Kind of interesting how the "illumination" and "light" is coming back to us but coming from the direction of UFOs...

Are UFOs and LGM with anal probes the enforcement units for "God's will?"
