What is the current best second amendment group that is bringing lawsuits and truly fighting for our rights? I believe we need to focus on lawsuits to get favorable court rulings. Start with sporting clause, 925(d)(3), 922(r). That’s the most important piece to go. There is nothing about sporting in the constitution. Simultaneously go after SBR, SBS, AOW, get them removed from the purview of the NFA. Then attack the NFA transfer tax and approval process. Finally, go after 922(o). What organization has the ability to fight in court? |
