I had a friend back near Kansas City that had a guitar store, and I'd go in and look around on Saturdays, and too many times I'd come home with another guitar. He never failed to catch me looking at something and walk up and give me a lower price quote on it that I could rarely pass up. I went from one guitar to many very quickly. I currently have an Epiphone LP I may sell if I get the Gibson, a couple of Fenders, a Washburn, a Parker and a Taylor acoustic. That IS a good looking Gibson. I honestly have never played a Gibson with P-90's. How's it sound? |

Which I also love I used to have a 2001 Gibson Les Paul Standard "Raw Power" natural top with a satin finish years ago and stupidly sold it. I still kick myself to this day. I ended up getting an Epiphone LP Custom with a Hawaiian Koa top and mahogany back/neck and ebony fretboard a couple of years ago. A damned nice guitar, but I've still wanted a Gibson. |
