There's no one here who I respect more than I did SN. She faced tremendous adversity in her personal life with strength and grace. A very private person, it took me three years to weasel her first name out of her. I didn't know her nearly so well as I would have liked, but my world is diminished by her passing. TTTT.

RIP SplintNicket.  Wish I'd known her better outside of that exchange.  You weren't alone in that respect. Going to the beach near where she lived in FL was a favorite pasttime of hers and her daughter. That and Disney World. She LOVED Disney World and would go several times a year. Anyway, she would often mock me when the weather was bad in NYS with a cell phone pic of her legs in the sand by the ocean. It took months of communication before I got any pic of her other than those legs and toes in the ocean 
Her favorite album. We used to be chatting along and we'd be throwing out a littany of whatever we were each listening to at the moment. This was her favorite album; she once said she pretty much wore the CD out on road trips with her daughter

She took the time to talk some sense into me a few years ago for which Ill be forever indebted. I will miss her very much.

Unfortunately I didn't know her, and I'm very sorry for the loss of a likeminded individual, and what sounds like, an all around great person in general. I'll be keeping her and her family and friends in my prayers during this difficult time.
May she find peace and comfort, free from the binds of such a horrible disease. RIP

I've had the absolute pleasure to meet her and her family.
She took a break a while ago and I kept in touch and urged her back as she is one of my favorites since I joined. Not long after the cancer was discovered. I don't have the proper words nor should I waste any in vain to describe the woman she was. I only wish I spent more time with her. I gladly drove 15 hours to see her and I was going to again this month. Alas, I am too late TC thank you for keeping me posted when possible. If there's anything you need let me know. I think you have my number and her sister can contact me as well. Please let know if services will be held and I'll try to attend. |

If you recall her title it is "we're all gonna die". Just another thing I loved about her. Level headed . I know she wouldn't want people to mourn her.
