Texas MM here. Traveling for work. Went to lodge in Tennessee tonight. Substance the same. But lots of differences. I'd have to learn all over again. Great experience. Just different. |

I love visiting out of state. Best part of my journey to the Grand East. Got back from AZ Grand Lodge two weeks ago. Tried to visit TN's GL about a decade ago. Knocked on their door during business hours every day for a week and no one ever answered. I guess the scripture is wrong when it comes to that building.  I just traded emails with one of their office staff, I should have given her a hard time about that.

What I've learned is that each state is different. I'm a life member in my MA Blue Lodge. I moved to NH 6 yrs ago and affiliated with a local Lodge here. The NH ritual has some significant differences from MA ritual and I'm still learning how it works in NH. |
