Will be in Las Vegas in May, and looking to play 2-3 rounds while the wife is at work. Initial knee jerk is Wolf Creek as that is a bucket list course of mine. But looking for some others, specifically not as pricey as WC. Online research led me to TPC LV (played Scottsdale and loved it), but would love some recommendations from anyone that’s played out there. |

Mesquite, right? The actual Las Vegas courses I've played are very expensive for what they are. Falcon Ridge it's a great course with terrific scenery. The Oasis Canyonlands is a another, the course was in immaculate condition, but had a bit more of a subdivision course feel to it. The scenery wasn't close to Falcon Ridge. I don't think non-members can get on the Oasis Palmer course. The Casa Blanca is very,,, meh. They do have a great stay and play deal though. |

I know it’s a decent ride but won’t mind it for that course. Pricey, but I’ve heard worth it. Trying to find another course or two that won’t break the bank. ~$150 isn’t horrific if the course is nice (unfortunately rounds local to me are all $80-$110 now). I’ll look into the others you named, thank you. |

Tiger won his 1st pga even there and there are stories on every few holes and the staff has always been really nice. Was the Rat Pack golf hang out back in the day. We also have played both of the Revere courses multiple times and they were both very good but we’re getting pricey last time. Aliante we have played twice, same with Red Rock and Arroyo. Of all of the Paiute courses were consistently in great shape and challenging. I would play all of the again. LV National was definitely the poorest condition, it’s more of a habit now to play it. ETA we also drove over to Primm and played. Affordable but not the best shape. If you’re a fan of fallout NV you will drive by the casino with the roller coaster the and the solar power plant on the way. |
