Had that with my new phone, of course signature required, no electronic signatures. They also offered no delivery window anymore, that's extra lol. This is getting ridiculous, though UPS almost never actually hits their windows around here anyhow. I tried using their app and it never showed it leaving the hub so that was not at all helpful. After missing the delivery, they thankfully brought it on Saturday. They even helpfully closed the local hub customer center. |

It’s what corporate says should happen with zero knowledge of what driver it will actually be dispatched to and how their area will be run. At the same time they’re trying to get by on the bare minimum of drivers. |
