This will spread across social media like wildfire. Some of those "mothers" who make ticktok videos of them selves crying about being a mom, with a sad background score, will be looking to get some attention from the crowd by killing their children. Hopefully juries start using nullification when their husbands do what they must. A broken morally bankrupt society. |

The fix for this is easy. If you are diagnosed with PPD/PPP/whatever the fuck words they want to use: you lose custody of your kids for their safety. And ban SSRIs. I reckon these same women won't like that though. That's a good point - if we can take away 2A rights on hearsay, then clearly ^ this is fine if PPD really is that dangerous. |

This is just another social media campaign to enrage and motivate women to vote left to protect their rights from being taken away by conservative men. I am sure if you went back and look at who started this support campaign, you would find it being financed by leftist groups. |

You get hammered, Technically a chemically altered mental state, if you do the following 1. Rob a bank after hours 2. Assault someone 3. Sexually assault someone You go straight to jail, judgement, and a jail term. The chemically altered state of mind isn't an excuse. Yes, you chose to drink vs dr prescribed chemical alteration. She not feeling right in the head should have words with her Dr about altering drugs or trying different Mg of the same drugs. In the end she did the crime, knew it was wrong and tried to off herself to escape the pain and punishment of what she had done. Lastly there are lots crazy bitches in jail. She'll fit in nicely. Now that she is wheel chairboound the other inmates will call her meal on wheels. |

If I were on the jury, I'd strongly consider convincing the other hold-outs to vote for not guilty due to lack of criminal responsibility on one of the three murders. If the jury hangs on all three, the state may not retry her and she would go completely free as if she was found not guilty without any qualifications. At least with the one lack of criminal responsibility verdict she would be confined to a mental institution for some period of time. The state could then decide to try her again on the other two. |
