UPDATE - Mistrial declared! Lindsay Clancy Killed her Kids - I’m having second thoughts. (Page 12 of 37)
|
So the fact that she admitted to killer her kids. And her defense admits she killed her kids. Yet some people want to blame the husband? Did they check their charts like the women stating someone with her sign could never do that? |

If so was there ever body cam footage of these interactions? If I was an officer responding I'd definitely want to approach things as if this could be anything from a domestic assault to a home invasion, to her murdering her kids. Did they question any of the above scenarios or jump right to man this mom must of killed the kids and jumped out the window. Was there not an autopsy of the children? Even 5 year old can cause defensive wounds to an assailant. What evidence existed that they deemed it wasn't necessary to determine exact cause and time of death for a crime that potentially had no witnesses or a witness who was crazy enough to attempt to take her own life and jump out a window. Was the husband ever suspected at all in the beginning when the murders first happened and if so was the jury shown evidence of this questioning? Was the husband's alibi, and phone and computer forensic ever shown to the jury? These are all allegations on why the conspiracy theories are running rampant on social media. Me personally I believe she killed her kids while suffering from PPD which I've experienced 1st hand as my wife suffered through it with our middle child. It's not a made up condition and if anything the amount of drugs and different types she was prescribed is pretty crazy and deserves it's own scrutiny of how she was treated. My wife who is farther right and conservative than even I am and also a nurse has gone all in on this trial and she and I have had rational conversations on what we believe or don't believe, but she definitely feels there are allot of unanswered questions in this case and how it was handled and that there are some pretty glaring signs that we're not getting the full story with the husband. There are 3 instances in particular where the husband's testimony contradicts itself. There are questions like those listed above if the answers were there it would shut down all the dumb social media tiktok shit. The father testified she told him she was having thoughts about killing the children, why did he not take that seriously given all the signs and medication she was on? Removing those kids from someone who says they are going to harm them seems logical no? At the end of the day those kids are all dead and likely experienced an unimaginable terrible death. Were there guard rails or guidance in place to help prevent this? Apparently not enough. You’re letting how your wife feels influence your thinking. The husband has been gone over endlessly. He’s on video elsewhere at the time because she sent him away on errands as part of her premeditated plan to murder her kids. She also shopped around doctors to help build her case for an insanity plea to spread blame, garner sympathy, and excuse her crime. It appears to be working on the gullible. She killed them because she hated them. It’s that simple. |

If it helps you understand a little better. Two important bits of the case that don't get talked about enough. First she had to strangle them one by one and brought them to the basement to do so. Her apple watch was able to document her vigorous activity. During the process her husband called to ask a question about things he was picking up. Which she answered or called back to answer while killing them. The children were also not all located in the same place. One of them attempted to run away and escape but was unsuccessful. Two, the 911 call was not released to public because of upsetting and haunting it was. As he initially called because he found his wife injured on the front lawn. But during the call he finds his children murdered. |

Fat old white woman (Act Blue member) smugly doxxes jury Quoting Asmongold here, but it would be crazy if she gets more time in prison than Lindsey Clancy. She's facing 20 years ![]() She just doxxed the whole jury.. |

I just now read up on this case. Yeah, she's guilty and should serve time. All her doctors are guilty as hell too with all the meds they gave her. I personally hate all psychiatrists after dealing with them regarding my wife who became addicted to ambien. I even told one face to face she doesn't need it and why and that bitch still wrote her a prescription for it after that. Now things are good but addiction is a horrible thing and these damn doctors don't give a shit about helping that part and enable them. |

Let's stop all of this accountability deflection. She killed her 3 children. Brutally. In a very calculated manner. Fuck her. She should be executed. I don't give a shit about what doctors may have prescribed her. |

A lot of pre-meditation planning going into killing the little kids She was also on 11 meds. My first thought is who prescribed these meds (likely Psychiatrist) and are there counter-reactions between some meds. Both Psychiatrists and MDs don't know meds that well. Glad I'm not on the jury. |

I am trying to understand facts versus the fiction that's out there. I think every parent myself included would like to see justice here. If you Google 'did she admit to killing her kids?' You get a wide array of responses with the general consensus saying she had never come out and fully admitting she murdered them, but also not denying that fact she did so. Same for her defense. Which way is it? There's either proof she admitted to killing them or not which would shut up all of the stupid social media theories. I still feel she did it. As others mentioned if there were any evidence at all someone else did it everyone would be screaming that out. As for different conclusion, not sure what you mean by that? I have zero empathy for anyone who harms children. The only different conclusion i would wish for would of been for her her mother or husband to have listened to her when she threatened harm against those kids and saved them. It's amusing the reaction here to questioning the process of what we see through the eyes of others. GD gonna GD I guess. |

I started on the she did it side.... im am now 95% convinced it was Patrick. Whole thing stinks to high heaven. Wifi just happens to no be working thus fucking all the houses cameras. She has a heart rate of 57 the last time her apple watch logs it. (Because of the large dose of seroquel in her wine tumbler that Patrick just happened to randomly know about in the bedroom). Dude goes to CVS and calls her to ask about if generic pedialax is ok (his story) and then still brings home name brand. I dont think this conversation ever took place. I think he called her and self answered it with her apple watch that he got off of her when the seroquel knocked her out. Which also logged a flight of stairs each time he walked through the air curtain. Apple watch is later found in night stand... So much other shit... It stinks. |

She’s pleading not guilty by reason of insanity. She isn’t asserting at all that she is not guilty in whole. She could have plead “not guilty” if she wasn’t admitting the established facts to be true. How about you stopping feeling if she did it and try thinking? |

EMS said she couldn't even talk right? But Patrick gets to just say what she said to him and everyone's cool with that. Why was the wifi off and he said he couldnt get a call out to 911 for a few minutes even though im pretty sure a phone will call 911 without a service plan even... |

It stinks. Attached File |

Fighting for underscores everywhere.

She's had 3 years to change her story or waver on whether she did it or not and this hasn't happened. If she initially said she did it then later after counseling changed her story to the husband did it "maybe" there would be reason to consider that, but she has never made that claim. There is no doubt she killed the kids that isn't even an argument. That started on tiktok. |

You think potential suspects get to simply make evidence off limits to the court or the defense? If there was a shred of evidence that he had anything to do with this he'd have a warrant in his face same day and his phone and all his electronic records would be in evidence. My guess is they are, but they are not useful to her. |
